Last Day before IIT JEE
1) Make sure you don't over work yourself. Keep yourself fit and prepared. Be ready for the exam. It is like a cricketer who is facing the next delivery is ready for any ball. He does not expect a ball to be a bouncer or a slower one. See the paper and then handle it accordingly.
2) Sleep well, but not too much. Have a sleep of 6-8 hours. don't under any case sleep less than 5 hours
3) Eat and drink well. Take special care to have a lot of fluids.
4) Leave for the exam hall in time. don't leave too much before the schedule.
5) If you can't stop getting anxious and worried see some nice light small movie or play a game of cards with someone home or even a computer game or else talk to friends or family. That will keep your mind from wandering
6) Any last minute reading is not bad. It depends on the person. It works for some, doesn't for others. IIT JEE is not a board exam where studying that extra 2 minutes can fetch you those 2-3 marks. But then if you are lucky who knows!
7) Have a nice chat etc with some of your close friends. Do everything that you can to prevent yourself from getting nervous
8) Be very confident. You have to have belief in yourself before the others can.
10) If the first fifteen minutes are not good, don't panic. You have to give it all. You should rework your strategy, may be try another subject.
10) You are not the only person who is finding the paper tough, If the paper is tough it is for every single aspirant.
